Senior Partner & AI Practice Lead
I had the pleasure of representing Monil during an executive search for a Vice President of Engineering role, and he quickly distinguished himself as one of the strongest candidates I've worked with. From a technical standpoint, Monil is exceptional. His depth of knowledge across engineering leadership, product strategy, AI, IoT, and digital transformation was evident throughout the interview process. More importantly, he has the rare ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes — something that immediately resonated with executive leadership. What impressed me most was his executive presence. Monil is comfortable engaging with CEOs and senior leadership teams, asking insightful questions, communicating a compelling vision, and building credibility from the first conversation. It's no surprise that he successfully navigated a rigorous interview process and earned the role. I would confidently recommend Monil to any organization looking for a technology executive who can lead innovation, drive transformation, and make an immediate impact.

Started in controls and automation: analog closed-loop systems, electrical and embedded engineering. That hands-on foundation became the launchpad for bridging legacy engineering systems with the cloud-connected, data-driven world running product portfolios today. From there, IoT and cloud-connected solutions brought real-time telemetry into scalable data architectures, then digital transformation enablement followed, helping organizations build in-house capability for end-to-end solutions with harmonized data models, digital twins, and cloud-native intelligence. The result has been engineering efficiency gains, reduced carbon footprint, measurable ROI, and better outcomes for the customer, across every organization along the way.
"The convergence of AI services and generative AI into product portfolios is a shift as profound as the smartphone or the cloud. The organizations that build internal maturity now will lead that transition."
